1. Information you provide

When you use calculators, submit an inquiry, request a guide or schedule a consultation, you may provide your name, email, phone number, state, property and financial scenario details, loan preferences and appointment information. We collect only the fields provided through the relevant service.

2. How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide requested guides and estimates, arrange consultations and support mortgage follow-up with the licensed entities identified above. Calculator results are educational estimates, not underwriting decisions or loan commitments.

3. Cookies and optional tracking

Necessary functions support the site and protect submissions. Optional analytics, advertising and call tracking use Google/GTM, HubSpot and CallRail only after you explicitly accept optional tracking. They stay off before a choice, after a rejection, or when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Technical data may include IP address, browser/device information and page activity. Attribution details may include page URLs, campaign tags and advertising click IDs.

Choose Accept optional, Reject optional or Manage preferences through the site’s cookie preferences. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Global Privacy Control and saved rejections are honored. If your browser cannot save preferences, optional tracking starts off. Calculators and forms remain available when optional tracking is rejected; current-page attribution can be used in memory without persistent tracking.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Ren Marketing Group LLC does not sell, rent or trade your lead information.

Submitted leads are processed through Google Sheets and HubSpot. Resend delivers website guide and confirmation emails; HubSpot supports appointment scheduling. Hosting and technical providers support site operations. Information may be disclosed to the named licensed mortgage entities for your inquiry, and to authorities when legally required.

These providers process information to operate the services you request.

5. Mobile and SMS communications

SMS consent is separate from submitting an inquiry. Where you choose SMS communications, messages may include inquiry follow-up, mortgage information and scheduling; message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Darren. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Ren Marketing Group LLC respects your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won’t share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from this. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. This section applies to your use of our text message service and doesn’t modify the rest of this Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship with you in other contexts.

6. Email preferences

New website emails include an unsubscribe link. Confirming it stops future website guide and confirmation emails and marks matching lead records as unsubscribed. No acknowledgment email is sent. Opting out does not delete contact history; a message already handed to the mail provider cannot be recalled. Older email links or reply-based requests can be handled by contacting Darren.

Email unsubscribe and SMS STOP are separate preferences.

7. Privacy requests and retention

Depending on applicable law, including California privacy law where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us below. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to legal retention requirements or other exceptions. We retain information needed for the purposes described and applicable obligations.
