1. Site use and estimates
The site is operated by Ren Marketing Group LLC, affiliated with the mortgage entities listed in the footer. It provides educational calculators, information and inquiry tools. Content is not legal, investment or tax advice, a loan application, approval, rate lock or commitment to lend.
Payments and borrowing scenarios depend on entered assumptions. Mortgage principal-and-interest estimates exclude taxes, insurance and other applicable costs. Estimated APR is a simplified fixed-rate illustration using entered finance charges and does not replace a lender’s disclosures. Loan eligibility and terms depend on underwriting, credit, property valuation and lender requirements.
2. Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services or harvest other users’ information. Site materials are owned or licensed by Ren Marketing Group LLC and its licensors. Do not copy, distribute or reproduce them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
3. SMS Terms of Use
Our forms offer two separate, optional, unchecked choices: transactional/informational texts about your inquiry and appointments, and marketing texts. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to texts, and consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan or submitting an inquiry.
- When you opt in, we may send you a message to confirm your sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
- You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP", we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
